  • Any services provided by us will be subject to a separate service agreement between us and our customer.

  • The service agreement contains each party’s rights and responsibilities, including applicable policies regarding refunds, cancellations, etc.

  • Customers will have the chance to review the service agreement prior to purchase. Any questions should be addressed to legal@springtimelaser.com.

  • If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the service agreement signed by a customer, the service agreement shall apply.

  • We may modify our prices, as well as the services we offer, at any time. However, if the service agreement includes our promise to honor certain prices for certain services, for a period of time—we will of course keep that promise.

 

Communications

  • If you give us your contact info, we might contact you about our services. If you don’t want us to contact you, just let us know—or reply with STOP, END or UNSUBSCRIBE.

  • If you are a customer, you can opt out of marketing communications, and of all text messages, but we still need the ability to communicate with you via email about your purchases or services.
